Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property. Linen, towels, a travel cot, stairgate, and high chair are provided, along with DVDs, books, and games for entertainment. A refundable deposit of £150 is required, and guests may also need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
