Nuholme is a charming semi-detached cottage located in the village of Stalham in Norfolk, East Anglia. The cottage can accommodate up to six people in its three bedrooms, which include two double rooms and a twin room. In addition to a bathroom and a shower room, the property features a kitchen/diner and an open plan sitting and dining area. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars, and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a summer house.
The cottage is equipped with modern amenities such as electric central heating, a woodburner, electric fire, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs/DVD players with Freeview, WIFI, and a landline phone for incoming calls. Bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburner are included in the rent. Guests can also request a travel cot and highchair. Up to three well-behaved pets are welcome at Nuholme, and smoking is not allowed on the premises. The village of Stalham offers a small market on Tuesdays, a farmers' market every other Saturday, and regular sales in the town hall.
