Moodie Cottage is a traditional 18th century flint property, that holds the honour of having been the first house in Burnham Market to own a motor vehicle. Considerate staging and decor ensures guests are well looked after. The large sitting room that has been furnished with a comfortable velvet corner sofa and armchairs, set around a large Smart television and traditional wood burning stove. Perfect for nestling in together after an exciting day spent exploring the great outdoors. The light and airy kitchen and dining area lies beyond, and features direct access to the enclosed rear garden.

Three quiet and comfortable bedrooms are located on the first floor, all of which are dressed with white linens, lambswool duvets and feather pillows. The master bedroom benefits from of a wall-mounted Smart television and accompanying en-suite shower, with the second and third bedrooms served by the family bathroom, which is accessed from the same landing.

Outside, the secure peaceful garden is a great sun trap. Here, you will find a decked area hosting comfortable outdoor seating with a dining table - great for entertaining into the evening. A charcoal barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. For dog owners, there is an outdoor shower that helps to keep any four-legged friends shipshape!
