The cottage boasts modern amenities including two Smart TVs, a DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, and WiFi. Guests can enjoy the comfort of O.F.C.H, underfloor heating in the kitchen/diner, and a woodburner in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Towels, books, and games are provided for guests' convenience. Outside, there is a large lawned garden and parking space for 3 cars.

The property is family-friendly and does not allow pets or smoking. A refundable deposit of £250 is required, and guests may also need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
