The ground floor features underfloor heating and a spacious open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking up delicious meals with local Norfolk produce. French doors lead to a patio area, while a separate snug provides a cozy space for relaxation. Upstairs, two bedrooms with sea views share a family bathroom, while the master suite on the second floor boasts distant sea views and an en-suite shower room. Outside, a south-facing patio and lawned area offer a suntrap for al fresco dining.

Adjacent to the popular gastro pub/restaurant, The Hero, Kitty Coot is ideal for group gatherings or families seeking a contemporary hideaway. The cottage is close to the harbor, where boat trips to Scolt Head Island can be arranged, and there are tennis courts, a playground, and playing field nearby. Kitty Coot is part of Hero Cottages, which includes Sea Pie and Picarini, and can accommodate a total of 20 guests when booked together.

Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog for a small additional fee, and are advised to bring their own beach towels. While no starter pack or welcome hamper is provided, designated parking is available for one vehicle with additional first-come-first-serve parking for extra cars.
