The property is tastefully furnished with antiques and decor, and the well-equipped kitchen includes a fabulous Rangemaster cooker and plenty of worktop space. A magnificent stripped pine staircase leads to three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ornate antique French walnut double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single twin beds. The bedrooms are serviced by a shower room and separate bathroom, both with heated towel rails.

Outside, the enclosed garden is a suntrap surrounded by a wall, featuring mature fruit trees and a herb patch. Guests can enjoy dining al fresco with a barbecue on sunny days. Ivy Cottage is within walking distance of the beach and coastal path, as well as several excellent dining options in the village including The Orange Tree, The Old Coach House, and The Lifeboat Inn. It is a popular location for a North Norfolk holiday and offers a perfect base for exploring the area.
