The village is close to sandy beaches at Hunstanton, Brancaster, and Holkham, as well as RSPB bird and nature reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. The area offers excellent walking opportunities along the Peddars Way Trail and Norfolk Coastal Path, with quiet lanes and local trails perfect for walking and cycling. The Royal Sandringham Estate and Museum, just four miles away, is open to the public when the Royal family is not in residence.

Upon entering the cottage, guests will find a light and spacious lounge with comfortable seating, TV/DVD, and CD player. The pretty kitchen/diner features a dining area for six guests and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The ground floor also includes a cozy twin bedroom and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both doubles, and a family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, and WC. Outside, the spacious enclosed garden offers a lawn, patio, and garden furniture for relaxing and dining al fresco. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
