The cottage has a welcoming relaxing feel, is deceptively spacious, comfortable, cosy and warm with air source heat pump heating, which is underfloor to some rooms, and not just one, but two wood burning stoves

If you enjoy walking and/or birdwatching, you are spoilt for choice, with the North Norfolk coastal path and Peddar's Way on the doorstep, and Titchwell RSPB Reserve a short drive away. Thornham has it's own beautiful, oft deserted, wide expanse of sandy beach. 

Thornham is an old smuggling village right on the North Norfolk Coast and now is one of the most popular villages to holiday for a short break or longer stay.

Ground Floor: Utility/shower room With shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Open-plan living space The kitchen area has painted units and wooden worktops, tiled floor, Belling range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The sitting space has twin sofas set around a wood burning stove and wide screen television. The dining area has table with seating for eight and french doors leading out to the terrace and garden. Open plan stairs lead to the first floor. Snug/garden room With wood burning stove and flatscreen television with DVD player, and french doors to the garden. First Floor: Master bedroom Enjoying double aspect views across the garden, a lovely bedroom with king-size bed and flat screen television. En-suite shower room With shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two With super-king zip and link, offering a twin option (please request on booking). Bedroom three With full-size twin beds and views over the garden. En-suite shower room Has a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Family bathroom With twin sinks, touch operated mirror, roll top bath with hand held shower, heated towel rail and WC. Outside: A large sunny walled garden, facing west is laid to lawn with fruit trees and shrub border. There's a terrace with table and garden seating. Ample parking space for two cars. Additional Information: NB: Although dogs are not allowed to stay at the cottage, the owner's dog does visit from time to time. 2 Dix Cottages has been awarded 4* Gold by Visit England.
