Upon entering the cottage, guests will find a light and bright dining room with seating for six around a farmhouse table. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking with local produce. The large sitting room features comfortable seating, a Smart television, and a wood-burning stove. French doors open to the garden, allowing fresh sea air to flow through. Upstairs, there are three inviting bedrooms decorated in coastal tones, including a grand master bedroom with an en suite shower room. A modern family bathroom with a bath and shower completes the first floor.

Outside, the cottage features a front lawn, a large rear patio with a barbecue and secure bike storage in a brick shed. Ample parking is available on a shared gravel driveway in front of the house. The cottage is within easy reach of local amenities and Thornham beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. 1 Hall Lane Cottages can be rented separately or together with the neighboring cottage to accommodate twelve guests.

Additional information includes the allowance of two well-behaved dogs at the property from September 2024, as well as the availability of a travel cot and high chair upon request. Guests are advised to bring their own cot linen.
