Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and the property is located in a quiet street where peace and tranquility are valued. Parties are not allowed, and guests are expected to respect the area and neighbors.

The maximum number of guests allowed is five, with a supplement for additional guests over two. Any breach of this rule without prior consent will result in the booking being terminated early and the security deposit being withheld. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Free off-road parking is available at the property, which is centrally located in Norwich, making it convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas.
