Please note that the property is non-smoking and features a steep Norfolk winder staircase, which may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with an additional charge, and guests should be aware of booking information regarding pets. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
