The lodge can accommodate up to five guests and features two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with underfloor heating and a wood burner.

On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious entrance hall leading to the living room, kitchen/dining area, and a shower room with a toilet. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a bookcase filled with books and games, and entertainment options such as a Freeview TV, DVD player, and CD player. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with modern appliances including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with super king-size zip and link beds that can be configured as twins, as well as a z-bed for a child. The bathroom features a bath and toilet.

Guests at Flint Lodge have access to a private patio and outdoor dining area, as well as shared use of the lawned gardens and paddock on the owner's grounds. Pets are allowed at the property, and there is private parking for two cars.
