Located in Heacham, Norfolk, Norfolk House is a beautifully styled, detached turn of the century house that offers easy access to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Under the ownership of the same family for many generations, the house has been transformed into a superb holiday property with comfortable and elegant interiors. With two sitting areas, an open-plan living/sitting and dining area, and three bedrooms (king-size, double, and single), Norfolk House provides a relaxing retreat for couples, small families, or friends throughout the year.
The house has a rich history, once serving as a popular greengrocers and later a hardware-come-lifestyle store. Now, it offers a mix of modern amenities and a touch of grown-up sophistication. Guests can enjoy the spacious open-plan living area with french doors opening to the courtyard garden, as well as an open fire for cozy nights in. The first floor features three bedrooms set around a large landing area, along with two bathrooms, one of which includes a luxurious roll top bath for indulgent soaks after a day of exploring under Norfolk's big blue skies.
Heacham is an excellent base for exploring North West Norfolk and beyond, with opportunities for walking, cycling, bird watching, and visiting historic sites like Sandringham House. Norfolk House also offers a sleeps two option with two bedrooms closed off. Additional amenities include synthetic fibre pillows and duvets, a travel cot, high chair (available upon request), and external CCTV for added security. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property.
