Field House Cottage is just six miles from the popular coastal village of Blakeney, with its regular boat trips to see the seals, and seven miles from Wells-next-the-Sea where you will find independent shops, cafes, restaurants, a bustling Quay (perfect for 'crabbing' ) and a stunning wide open dog friendly beach, framed by pine woods and its famous array of colourful beach huts.

This is a perfect base from which to explore the wonderful variety of coastal villages, both near and far. If you fancy a spot of shopping, you can chose between the lovely Georgian market town of Holt and renowned Georgian village of Burnham Market, both only seven miles away where there are plenty of independent shops and galleries to browse, and some great places to eat. 

There are also many pubs in the area serving good food. For local provisions, there is an excellent, well-stocked village shop in Binham, just two miles away, where you will also find a petrol station

Ground Floor: Dining room A lovely room to enjoy a meal with cast iron fireplace, dining table seating four to six and bench. Kitchen A lovely light and bright room with window looking across the mature cottage gardens to the front. The kitchen itself it fitted with a range of cream units with wooden work surfaces and ceramic sink. Electric oven with hob and cooker hood, microwave and handy free-standing butchers block. There is an integrated fridge/freezer (60/40), dishwasher and washing machine and a useful pantry with every utensil you could possibly need. Sitting room This cosy and comfortable room fulfils every dream you may have had of a typical 'Cottage' room. In addition to the under-floor heating there is an open fire and ample seating with luxury throws/blankets and beautiful rugs, television with DVD player and iPod docking station. Plenty of books and games available. First Floor: Landing There is a door at the top of the stairs and doors off to the bathroom and bedrooms. Master bedroom A beautiful bedroom with cast iron fireplace and king-size bed. There are stunning views of the neighbouring countryside at the rear. Twin bedroom Another gorgeous room with comfy twin beds and original cast iron fireplace. Enjoy the view at the front of the property over the 'Cottage' garden. Child's bedroom A beautiful children's wooden painted sleigh bed is a delight for those under the age of 10 years or no more than 5ft tall (the length of the bed). There are a variety of unusual children's toys and books to be enjoyed but don't forget to leave them behind for the next small person to enjoy! Family bathroom Lovely suite in white, bath with electric shower over, wash basin and WC. Limestone floor tiles, again with under-floor heating. Outside: Immediately behind the sitting room is the enclosed back garden with patio and lawn as well as a variety of climbing plants and views of the open countryside beyond.
