It sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms and is situated near the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage has been recently renovated to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests, with thoughtful design both inside and out. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the village of Wangford and a 10-minute drive from the seaside town of Southwold.

The cottage features an entrance porch, kitchen/diner, sitting room, cloakroom, 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite shower room, and a family bathroom. The bedrooms consist of 1 super king-sized bed, 1 double bed, and 1 single bed, with an additional pull-out futon bed if needed. Amenities include gas central heating, a woodburner, TV, video, radio/CD player, and WiFi. The kitchen is well-equipped with a double oven, warming drawer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, canopy extractor, and refrigerator/freezer.

Outside, there is a large private garden with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. Off-road private parking is available for up to 3 cars. Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not permitted at the cottage. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Nearby attractions include Southwold Museum, Halesworth Airfield Museum, Henstead Exotic Gardens, and Pier, offering a variety of cultural and recreational activities for guests to enjoy during their stay.
