The village of Thornham is home to three outstanding pubs and the popular Thornham Deli, all within walking distance of Thistledown. Drove Orchards, located on the outskirts of the village, offers a variety of shops, including a farm shop, nurseries, boutiques, and eateries such as Eric's Pizza and renowned Fish and Chips. The location provides easy access to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with stunning beaches and coastline for guests to explore and enjoy during their stay.

Thistledown is available for short or longer breaks throughout the year, accommodating up to 4 guests. For larger groups, the property can also be booked for full occupancy, sleeping up to 8 guests. Guests are advised that no pets are allowed, and children over the age of eight years are welcome. The property provides synthetic fibre pillows and duvets, and guests are asked to bring their own pods for the Nespresso machine. Please note that there is no starter pack or welcome hamper provided at the property, so guests should plan accordingly for their stay.
