Linen and towels are provided, and there is shared garden space with lawn, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Private parking for five cars is available.

Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed directly to guests upon receipt of full payment.
