Nearby attractions include Southwold Beach, with its brightly colored beach huts and Victorian pier, as well as Walberswick, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a sandy beach and marshland.
The property is detached and screened off from the owner's house, offering a character-filled and charming atmosphere. Inside, guests are greeted with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with two cozy sofas, a Smart TV, and a wood burner. The well-equipped kitchen allows for delicious meals to be prepared and enjoyed at the dining table. The spacious bathroom features an elegant roll-top bath and shower, while a winding staircase leads up to two attic-style bedrooms with custom-made furniture and bespoke accessories. Outside, a large garden with ample furniture and a BBQ provides the perfect space for relaxation and alfresco dining.
Pets are allowed at this property with prior arrangement, and there may be an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed.
