The Coach House (Happisburgh)

Happisburgh, Norfolk

4

Located on the outskirts of Happisburgh (pronounced "Hays-bruh"), this gorgeous, luxuriously converted coach house dating from the 1800's is next door to Happisburgh Hall, a magnificent Georgian House with stunning gardens. Nestled in the spectacular countryside, around fifteen minutes' walk to North Norfolk's stunning heritage coastline, The Coach House offers luxury accommodation with wonderful rural views all year round.

Delightfully light and airy, this splendid open-plan pad has a modern, spacious vibe. A well-equipped kitchen (with a Nespresso coffee machine) opens up in to the dining and dual aspect sitting room area, which has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors spilling on to the fully-enclosed garden. With uninterrupted country views, this is the perfect spot for an al fresco morning coffee or late afternoon/ evening dining while the dogs play safely within and the sun sets. There is a ground floor boot room and a shower room, with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs are two magnificently styled dual aspect bedrooms, both with super-king size beds, luxurious bedding and Smart televisions and of course, those superb views! There is another deluxe shower room on this floor too. Parking (for up to four cars) is in front of the property on the gravel driveway.

The Coach House offers a picturesque doorstep walk to the coast at Happisburgh, where you can join the Norfolk Costal Path. Happisburgh is most well-known for its striking red and white lighthouse - the oldest working lighthouse in Britain! - but also has an amazingly quiet and sandy, secluded beach. The Hill House Inn is a traditional English Pub dating back to 1550, with period features and a large beer garden (just a short walk from the beach). The location of, and the sheer luxury and space within The Coach House, makes it the ideal grown-up getaway with the hounds for a short or longer break, any time of the year.
