Upon entering the lodge, guests are greeted by a warm and inviting open-plan interior with wood-panelled walls and ceilings, creating a cosy atmosphere, especially during the Autumn and Winter months. The ground floor features a kitchen, dining area, twin bedroom, utility room with a washing machine, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs, the main living area provides access to the balcony, where guests can enjoy the sunset, and the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Puddleduck lodge is part of the Tingdene Lifestyle Village, a Scandinavian-designed wooden lodge development overlooking the fairways of the Caldecott Hall Golf Club. The site offers golf courses, a clubhouse, bar, fitness centre, spa, indoor heated swimming pool, and catch and release fishing in the lakes. Guests can also explore the local area, including nearby Great Yarmouth with its sandy beaches, visitor attractions, historical buildings, and the Norfolk Broads waterways. Booking terms include no pets, no smoking, a £150 refundable security deposit, adherence to Caldecott Hall site rules, and additional charges for facilities.
Located in Great Yarmouth, this waterfront chalet provides easy access to Fritton Lake Outdoor Centre and Gorleston Golf Club for outdoor activities, as well as the natural beauty of Norfolk Broads and Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve. Guests can also attend events or games at Yarmouth Stadium or Crown Meadow while staying in the area.
