The well-equipped kitchen opens into a light and airy sitting room, leading to a sunny, fully-enclosed garden perfect for enjoying morning coffee or letting children and dogs play safely. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - one with a luxurious French king-size bed and the other with twin singles - as well as a family shower room with a large walk-in shower. The cottage offers a peaceful escape in a beautiful village setting, just minutes from the market town of Holt and the stunning Blue Flag beaches of the North Norfolk coast.

For larger groups, The Forge next door can accommodate two more guests, and both cottages can be booked together. Pond Cottage welcomes two well-behaved dogs for an additional fee, provides synthetic bedding, and offers amenities such as a travel cot and stair gate upon request. Guests are greeted with a complimentary welcome hamper upon arrival, including essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and extra treats to start their stay off on the right foot.
