Luxuries include a DVD player, gas central heating, TV with digital set-top box, and access to an indoor pool with an average year-round temperature of 30°C. Other amenities include a gas barbecue, private garden area, and access to shared gardens with a summerhouse and games. Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week.
