Enjoy unbeatable views of the surrounding North Norfolk landscapes from Pear Tree Cottage, superbly situated within a tranquil conservation area which was formerly part of the Wolterton Estate. Enjoy spotting wildlife including deer, hare, and marsh harriers, or take a 20-minute drive to the nearby seaside town of Sheringham. Step out through the french doors into the gorgeous garden, a great place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or snuggle up in the sitting room where a woodburning stove provides a warming ambience.
Approached by quiet lanes, the cottage is the perfect location for walking, cycling (two bikes are available upon request) and enjoying the beautiful countryside. Wander a mile down the road to the local pub, The Saracen’s Head or a little further on you will discover The Walpole Arms which comes highly recommended.
