With endless walking and cycling possibilities along the Peddars Way and across the Ringstead Downs you will just fall in love with this place.

Accommodation

Ground Floor Entrance door Leading straight into the sitting room. Sitting Room This beautifully styled room is furnished with statement pieces and almost hugs you the moment you step inside the door. With a three seater sofa and two chairs to relax in, you will love the rustic ambiance created by the owner. There is a cosy woodburner and large TV and a door leading to the kitchen. Kitchen A beautiful hand-crafted, well-equipped painted kitchen which includes a range of base and wall units, integrated oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a tiled floor and wooden floorboards and plenty of shelving. A traditional Norfolk winder staircase leads from the kitchen to the landing. A door also leads from the kitchen to the garden room. Garden Room This fabulous light and airy oak-framed garden room has a feature lantern light and tiled floor. There are French doors to the garden and a dining table and chairs to seat four people. First Floor Landing Up the traditional Norfolk winder staircase from the kitchen there are two good sized bedrooms. Please note the stairway does not have ballustrades, therefore take care with young children. On the landing there is a desk, chair and lamp. Master Bedroom This larger King-size bedroom boasts views to the front of the property and has a modern four poster bed and a period fireplace. With beautiful sumptuous linens you are assured of a good night’s sleep. There are two bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table with mirror, chair and there are fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 This King-size bedroom is a delight with character bed and two bedside lamps, built-in dressing table with mirror and window seat offering views to the rear garden. Off the landing between the two bedrooms is the bathroom. Bathroom The bathroom features a corner shower and a fabulous contemporary freestanding bath with high stand chrome mixer shower tap. There is also a natural stone wash basin. Outside The property is accessed via a shared private driveway with a shingled area providing off-road parking to the front. A gate opens to the south-facing front garden. The rear garden has a picket fence gate leading to the road. It is enclosed by walls and mature hedging and has a brickweave patio area; perfect for catching the sun's rays. There is off-road parking for one car in an allocated parking space on the private driveway to the front of the cottage.
