It has been nicely refurbished while retaining its original charm, with a pretty front cottage-style garden perfect for enjoying afternoon tea. The village of Docking offers amenities such as a village church, shop, pub, fish and chip shop, and a farmers market selling local produce every Wednesday.

The cottage features 1 king-size bed and 1 double bed, with accommodations for 1 dog (smaller dogs preferred). Luxuries include a Smart TV and WiFi, while heating options include night storage heating, freestanding electric heaters, and an electric style wood burner. The kitchen is well-equipped with a freestanding cooker, induction hob, Belfast sink, microwave, fridge with icebox, small freezer, and washer dryer.
