The cottage retains many original features, including beams and a steep Norfolk Winder staircase, giving it a traditional and cozy feel.
Guests love the bespoke kitchen and dining area, which opens onto a courtyard through bi-fold doors, creating a bright and airy space for meals and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities such as an electric oven/hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, and microwave. The lounge features exposed ceiling timbers and a large open brick fireplace with a solid timber mantle, perfect for cozy evenings in.
The ground floor bathroom includes a toilet, wash basin, bath with an electric shower over, and a heated towel rail for added comfort. Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, each with exposed ceiling and wall timbers. The double bedroom overlooks Church Street, while the twin bedded room offers views of the rear courtyard. The South-facing and sheltered courtyard provides a peaceful outdoor space with an outdoor table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.
Located in Wells-next-the-Sea, the cottage is near the beach and offers easy access to the area's natural beauty, including Holkham National Nature Reserve and Blakeney National Nature Reserve.
