The nearby dining room has been appointed with a dining table that can comfortably seat four people and is adjacent to the kitchen, which boasts a full inventory of kitchenware, and features modern appliances such as an electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Moving upstairs, you will find two quiet and comfortable bedrooms, both tastefully decorated and prepared with fine, white linens. The second bedroom offers the flexibility of being converted into either a twin or a king double, depending on your preference - simply let the owners know in advance. Both bedrooms share a modern shower room, conveniently located just off the landing, ensuring easy access for all guests. Stepping outside, you'll discover the larger rear garden of Kingsley Cottage, fully enclosed to ensure privacy and safety. Here, you will find garden furniture that is perfect for outdoor dining, allowing you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, a charcoal barbecue is provided, offering an opportunity for enjoyable alfresco cooking and grilling. For added convenience, there is off-road parking available for one car. To the front of the cottage, a smaller planted garden area has been adorned with charming old English roses and climbing plants.
Kingsely Cottage is perfectly located near to Snettisham's many amenities and the RSPB reserve. The Old Store micro-bakery and cafe is a 9-minute walk away, and boasts the best coffee and pastries on the coast. Be sure to book ahead at weekends as its breakfasts are legendary! Opposite the cafe there is a chemist, hairdressers and second hand book shop. Snettisham is well-served by a Co-Op supermarket, just 8-minutes from the cottage by foot. The excellent village pub serving fantastic food and real ales, The Rose and Crown, is an 11-minute walk away, and also features a children's play area in the garden. For special occasions, The Old Bank bistro is not to be missed - booking ahead is required. St. Mary's Church in Snettisham houses an fascinating history exhibit about Great Torc from the Iron Age that was found in the village fields. The Lynn Road that runs through Snettisham joins the A149 which is the main coast road leading directly to Hunstanton, Holme-next-the-Sea, Thornham, Brancaster, Brancaster Staithe, The Burnhams, Wells-next-the-Sea and beyond! Golfers are well placed within reach of Heacham Manor Golf Club, Hunstanton Golf Club, and Royal West Norfolk Golf Club.
