On-site amenities include a small food shop, cafe, and launderette, as well as the option to hire kayaks or a beach hut through the Park reception. Wells-next-the-Sea, a popular coastal town with local shops, pubs, and restaurants, is located nearby. The property features an enclosed veranda with table and chairs, parking for 2 cars (parking permit provided), and gas central heating. Luxuries such as a TV, DVD player, and WiFi are also provided.

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs. The beds include 1 king-size and 1 twin/king-size (available upon request). Towels, books, and games are provided for guests' use. Smoking and pets are not allowed at this property. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver, and full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment.
