This 17th-century converted barn's open-plan living space is heavily beamed and encompasses sitting, dining and kitchen areas. There is a patio dining area located in the front courtyard, and to the rear of the property there is an additional patio with garden furniture overlooking some beautiful gardens.

The pretty village of Holme-Next-the-Sea is right on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. Norfolk Wildlife Trust manages the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve. Peddars Way, the Roman road, stretches right down to the coast giving opportunities for great walking along with the North Norfolk Coastal Path. The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is 3 miles away and the beaches at Brancaster and Old Hunstanton are both less than 5 minutes drive. 

The local pub, The White Horse, serves good food and has a playground area for children.
