Located on the western edge of the beautiful, small and quiet village of Congham, dog-friendly Deerwood sleeps four people, and boasts unobstructed views over farmland to the Royal Estate of Sandringham. Refurbished to a high standard, Deerwood, offers a secured lawned garden meaning dogs can play safely. Close-by are several public footpaths allowing access to the local countryside, and beyond. There is ample off-road parking for up to four cars.

Access to the property is via the front door which is located within a small outer porch to protect guests from any inclement weather. Once inside you will be in the foyer which, is a new addition to the property and provides a quiet welcoming space once settled in. Also, in the foyer is the cloakroom which has space for coats and shoes.

From the foyer you enter the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa, two comfortable armchairs, coffee and side tables, a Smart television, and a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. The dining area features a table and chairs with plenty of space for four guests to sit and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus all cooking utensils, along with a array of table and glassware. From the kitchen and through the rear french doors you can access the patio and garden. On the patio you will find a table and chairs to relax in the peace and quiet of the rural location. The master bedroom hosts a king-sized bed, with the 2nd bedroom offering a superking that can be made into twin bed on request. Both bedrooms include en suite facilities.

Deerwood is ideally located for guests to visit Royal Norfolk, the Northwest Norfolk Coast and the North Norfolk Coast. For walkers there are several local public footpaths and for the more adventurous there is access to both the Icknield Way and the Peddars Way nearby and just a short drive away is the Norfolk Coastal Path. Nature lovers will enjoy spotting the local bird and wildlife. There are three public house, two of which serve food, within easy walking distance, and for those wishing to treat themselves to a gourmet meal, or even a relaxing spa, Congham Hall is also within walking distance.
