Outside, there is roadside parking for two cars, additional off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed garden with decking, lawn, and furniture, making it perfect for a relaxing stay in Norfolk.

Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and there is a Premier convenience store just 150 yards from the property. Please note that the garage is not available to guests, and bookings are only available for Saturdays, including short breaks. Stag/hen parties are not permitted at the property.
