Bureside is a cosy semi-detached cottage with lots of character set  in the tiny Norfolk hamlet of Itteringham Common on the Blickling estate. The two-bedroom cottage feels very homely inside with elegant décor and a log-burner in the lounge. Its highlight though, is the garden; a grassed lawn leads down to a private stretch of the meandering River Bure.

Take advantage of your location on the estate and enjoy a stroll through the ancient Great Wood. Discover the grand Jacobean house at the heart of the estate, before stopping in at the Muddy Boots café for a light lunch. 

Further afield, visit Norwich, the most complete medieval city in the UK. As well as a thriving music and arts scene, the city plays host to lots of shops, bars, cafés and waterside restaurants.
