This fantastic two-bedroom cottage is cosy, stylish and intimate, located near the centre of the village of Burnham Market, where there are plenty of shops, pubs and other amenities. It has a pretty garden for enjoying those summer days and is in easy driving distance of all North Norfolk’s best beaches. 

Burnham Market is often regarded as the loveliest village in Norfolk and sits conveniently close to the North Norfolk Coast. The village is one of the seven 'Burnham's and has a range of wonderful niche shops including a delicatessen, Tuscan farm shop, wine merchant, butchers, greengrocers, fishmongers, a chemist and various beautiful boutiques and lifestyle shops. There are also hard tennis courts and a fine parish church, so you won't run out of things to see and do.

The village is centred around a green of mainly Georgian houses and there are some fabulous restaurants for you to enjoy during your stay.

Ground Floor: Sitting room Snugly filled with squashy sofas and a large love seat, positioned around a wood burning stove. Bathroom With built-in bath and shower over, WC and, heated towel rail and wash basin. Kitchen With all you could need during a self-catering holiday and a small table and benches for dining. First Floor: Master bedroom With a king-size bed and feature fireplace with exposed brickwork. Twin bedroom With two single beds. Outside: A very pretty garden with outbuilding housing a utility room with a second WC and sink plus washer/dryer. There is also a very attractive summerhouse with deck chairs to catch the last of the evening’s rays and garden furniture to dine alfresco and reminisce about the day’s events, with a glass of wine. Parking is to the front of the property on the road. Additional Information: One well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge).
