The cottage features modern fixtures and fittings, a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, and a single room/day bed, as well as two spacious shower rooms, a modern kitchen, and a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy the sun-trap courtyard garden behind the cottage for morning coffee and croissants, or dine alfresco in the fully-enclosed separate garden. The location offers a variety of walks from the doorstep to the beach, Hunstanton Victorian seaside resort, nature reserves, and the Peddars Way path. The village pub, The White Horse, serves home-cooked food with a garden and children's play area, while nearby Thornham offers gastro pubs, eateries, independent shops, and Drove Orchards with a farm shop and pick-your-own fruit farm.
