The cottage features a well-equipped country kitchen, a cozy sitting room with a wood burning stove, and a delightful breakfast/dining area on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms (a king-size and a twin room) that share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the west facing private garden includes garden furniture and a barbecue, with parking space for two cars on the private driveway.

Thornham village offers a range of dining options, including the award-winning gastropub The Orange Tree, The Thornham Deli, and eateries at the Drove Orchards. The area is perfect for walkers and birdwatchers, with the North Norfolk coastal path, Peddar's Way, and RSPB Titchwell Reserve nearby.
