The Aylesbury Garden Apartment is a charming holiday home located on the outskirts of West Runton in Aylmerton, Norfolk. It is perfect for a couple, small family, or friends, and has been entirely refurbished for the summer of 2021. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and offers access to an outdoor swimming pool on-site. It is part of a collection of holiday homes known as The Eiders, providing guests with a large shared garden, outdoor fire pit, and swimming pool open from 6th May to 1st October.

The apartment features a super king size bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request, a living-kitchen area with a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. Guests can enjoy modern furnishings, a small dining table, a leather sofa, armchair, and a flat-screen television. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hot plates, and crockery. The ground level wooden balcony offers outdoor seating and views of the duck pond and rolling fields. The bedroom has direct access to the balcony and a wardrobe, with two bathrooms equipped with showers, wash basins, and W/C.

The Eiders is set within 2 acres of land with a shared garden surrounded by woodland. Guests can enjoy the outdoor solar-heated swimming pool and roast marshmallows over the fire pit after a fun-filled day. Seating, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available for use poolside. The location of the apartment in Cromer offers a rural setting with nearby attractions such as Felbrigg Hall, Cromer Pier, Norfolk Coast, and Holt Country Park. Priory Maze & Gardens and North Norfolk Railway are also worth visiting in the area.
