This renovated horsebox offers a cozy getaway with a king-size bed, wood burner, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a kitchenette, seating area, and tucked away beds, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The horsebox also features a private shower unit and compost WC, both with sky views, as well as a lovely seating area with a firepit outside.

Douglas is powered entirely by solar energy, with the Norfolk sun providing energy stored in a battery bank for lighting, USB charging, and water pumping around the site. The accommodation boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a cool box, a living area with a wood-burning stove, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a small bed suitable for a child or small adult. The shower room includes a shower, washbasin, and composting WC. Outside, guests can enjoy the wildflower meadow, seating arrangement, ambient lighting, and firepit with a griddle. Parking is available on site, with a wheelbarrow provided to transport luggage to the horse lorry.

Nearby attractions include the village restaurant/deli called The Lemon and Rosemary Yard, as well as the market towns of Reepham and Aylsham. Aylsham is known for its market place, surrounded by 18th-century houses, and hosts markets on Mondays and Fridays. The area offers plenty of shops, tea rooms, and pubs, as well as the Bure Valley Railway and the Weavers Way trail for walking, cycling, and horse riding. Other nearby attractions include the National Trust's Blickling Hall, beaches such as Overstrand and Cromer, and the city of Norwich just 13 miles away. Felbrigg Hall National Trust estate is also a short car journey from the accommodation.
