Sea Holly Cottage (Snettisham)

Snettisham, Norfolk

3

A bijou and stylish little cottage set in a very convenient location in the heart of the genteel village of Snettisham, Sea Holly Cottage, is perfectly situated to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer. With excellent local amenities on the doorstep, this property is the perfect hideaway at any time of year.

Tucked away on a small one-way street, this charming brick and carrstone mid-terrace cottage is one of a small row built in 1998. Refurbished in 2023, Sea Holly Cottage now presents as a delightful retreat with a coastal vibe, ideal for a couple or a small family with an older child, plus a faithful four-legged friend or two. The cottage has a boutique feel, and careful consideration has been given to ensure the décor flows from top to bottom. On the ground floor, the galley kitchen with cool dark units and accessories is well-equipped to provide everything you might need. An open archway leads through to the comfortable sitting room, with dining area, where french doors extend it further into the courtyard garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a large single, both with attractive feature walls complimented with accessories. The beds boast comfy mattresses, and are dressed with feather pillows and duvets wrapped in lovely linen. Both bedrooms are served by a contemporary bathroom, featuring a roll top bath as well as walk-in shower cubicle.

Outside, the courtyard garden is a relaxing, enclosed space, making it an ideal spot for a coffee and a pastry, or delicious snack bought locally. Perhaps share a bottle of wine as the sun sets, after a busy day exploring this fabulous area of Norfolk.

Sea Holly Cottage is available to book as a sleeps two option: Sea Holly Cottage (2).

Additional Information:
Two medium size well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
