The cottage features a double bed and a single bed, along with amenities such as a Smart TV, DVD player, and WiFi. The electric central heating and woodburner provide warmth, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. Linen, towels, books, and games are provided, but guests should be aware that the stairs are steep and narrow, and the shower room is accessed through the main bedroom.

Parking is available on the roadside or at local car parks for a weekly charge. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment. The cottage is conveniently located near attractions such as The Granary Theatre, Bygones Museum, Whin Hill Cider, and Natural Surroundings, offering a mix of cultural and natural experiences for visitors.
