Ludham is a pretty Broadland village between Wroxham and Potter Heigham. The village has a splendid flint church, shops and pubs. There are excellent walks in the area including nearby How Hill. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are both about a half an hour's drive away. Boat enthusiasts will enjoy the sight of one of the last remaining wherries, as well as the heritage sailing fleet based at Womack Staithe.
