The studio sleeps up to 2 people in 1 bedroom and is near the coastal towns of Cromer and Mundesley, offering a variety of attractions such as sandy beaches, shops, and restaurants.

The property features a bedroom, shower room, and open plan sitting/kitchen/dining areas. It includes amenities such as a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Guests can enjoy luxuries like a DVD player and CD hi-fi system, as well as gas wall mounted heaters for comfort. Outside, there is a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as secure bicycle storage and free range eggs provided.

Guests can park up to two cars on the driveway, and the property has a strong mobile phone signal.
