Accessed by a golf buggy, the open plan living/dining/kitchen area features a charming vaulted ceiling and unpainted walls that retain the building's authenticity. The small but well-equipped kitchen includes a Belfast sink with brass taps. The cozy double bedroom boasts exposed wooden beams and a Velux window for natural light during the day and stargazing at night. The wet room offers a spacious walk-in shower with a large rose for a luxurious experience.

Guests can enjoy finishing touches such as old wooden boards, a comfortable sofa, and pots of herbs. The retreat provides a break from everyday life with no terrestrial TV, but offers amenities like Apple TV and Wifi. Outside, guests can relax in an outdoor bath tub, enjoy a glass of champagne, and watch the sunset. The property also features a private fenced terrace with seating and a lawned garden with garden furniture offering views of the Fring Estate and rural landscape. A communal swimming pool and tennis court are available for guest use from April to September.
