The Victorian railway carriage has been sympathetically restored and offers a romantic and nostalgic experience for two guests. The carriage features original flooring, brass fittings, a late Victorian walnut double bed, and Tiffany style lamps. The compact fitted kitchen and en-suite shower room are located in the guard's van at the far end of the carriage.

Situated in a large south facing paddock backed by woodland, the carriage provides a peaceful and scenic rural retreat. Guests can enjoy cycling and walking along the nearby public footpath that follows the old railway line. The beautiful beaches, marshes, and villages of the North Norfolk coastline are just a twenty-minute drive away. The Signal Box, which accommodates two guests, can be booked for friends or family members who wish to join the holiday.

Pets are welcome at the property, with two well-behaved dogs allowed for a small additional charge. Guests can also bring their horse for an extra fee, with the option to keep the horse in the large paddock surrounding the carriage. The accommodation is all on one level, with amenities such as an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, widescreen Smart television, and a washing machine available upon request. Parking is available for one car on a shared driveway, a short walk away from the carriage. Check-in time is at 2pm, and guests are reminded that barbecues, fire pits, and open flames are not allowed on the property.
