The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests in its 1 bedroom with a double bed. The open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area is well-equipped with modern amenities such as an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Entertainment options include a TV, DVD player, CD Hi-Fi, and Wi-Fi. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with a sofa bed for two extra guests, and the property also offers the option to hire the pool for additional hours, subject to availability.
Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden with a patio, pond, decked area, garden furniture, barbecue, and a hot tub available all year round. Parking is provided for 2 cars on the property. Please note that a refundable deposit of £150 may be required, and further details on an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver may be provided before the holiday. Pets and smoking are not allowed at this property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be sent to guests upon receipt of full payment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay at Skipjack.
