The property is situated near the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering stunning views of the countryside. The interior of the carriage is filled with bespoke furniture crafted by the artist owner, ensuring attention to detail and comfort throughout.

Upon entering the railway carriage, guests will find a double bed with cotton linen at one end, while the other end features funky cinema chairs and a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a sink, convection hob, fridge, pots, pans, utensils, and crockery, making it perfect for preparing meals. A sliding wooden door leads to an en-suite bathroom with a shower, wash basin, and WC. The carriage is fully insulated and has an electric heater, providing a cosy retreat even during the winter months.

Outside, a charming courtyard next to a pond offers picturesque views of the Norfolk countryside. The courtyard features a fire pit/barbecue, table, and chairs for outdoor relaxation. Guests should note that the pond is not fenced off, so caution is advised when booking with children. Additionally, there is a Hobbit House in the garden, serving as a barbecue hut with seating and a large barbecue with a chimney inside for cooking and dining in cooler weather.

This accommodation also includes amenities such as parking for one car, a starter pack of logs for the fire pit, and use of the Hobbit House for one night during a three or four-night stay, or two nights during a week-long stay (arrangement with the owner required). While pets are not allowed, guests can enjoy the unique experience of staying in a creatively designed railway carriage surrounded by the beauty of the Norfolk countryside.
