The lodge sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom and is within walking distance of amenities, with the nearest beach just 2 miles away. Pets are allowed at the property, and guests can enjoy luxuries such as a Smart TV and a wood burner.

The lodge features an open plan sitting/kitchen area, a TV room, a bathroom, and a shower room. The bedroom includes a super king-size bed, and guests will receive towels and a welcome hamper filled with local goodies. Additional perks include a starter pack of briquettes for the wood burner and a pass for free parking at various car parks managed by Holkham Enterprises. Guests will also receive a 10% discount at the Courtyard Gift Shop and Cafe, as well as entry to Holkham Hall and other attractions.

Outside, there is a lawned garden area and private parking for one car. However, mobile phone signal may be poor in the area. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. The lodge is not suitable for infants or young children, and smoking is not allowed on the premises.
