The cottage features a private enclosed garden and is close to attractions such as the Norfolk coast, the Broads, and the city of Norwich. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and cycling, with footpaths and lanes to explore.

The cottage sleeps up to 2 guests and includes a bedroom with an en suite shower room, as well as an open-plan sitting/kitchen/dining area. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and electric wall-mounted heaters. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, and iron. Bed linen and towels are provided for convenience. Outside, there is a lawn, patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue for al fresco dining.

Pets are allowed at Holly Cottage by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Guests can park one vehicle on the driveway. A refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit of £150 is required, and guests may also need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Nearby attractions include a steam railway, fishing lakes, and the Norfolk coast, making Holly Cottage an ideal base for exploring the region.
