The barn includes a private parking area and a small enclosed walled patio within the grounds of Holland House, a Grade II listed property managed by Norfolk Hideaways. Inside, guests will find a comfortable king-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, underfloor heating, and a log wood burning stove for cozy evenings. The property is ideal for short breaks or longer stays throughout the year, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Holland House Barn is designed for ease of access, with no steps inside the property and a spacious wet room. A ramp can be provided for those with mobility issues, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. For larger groups, Holland House can be booked with the self-contained Holland House Barn for 12 guests, or without the barn for 10 or 6 guests, with certain bedrooms closed off.

Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for a small additional charge. While the property does not provide a starter pack or welcome hamper, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and relaxation.
