Nearby attractions include the nature reserve at Blakeney Point, home to England's largest seal colony.

Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by a hallway leading to the lounge, a WC, the kitchen/diner, and the stairs to the first floor. The lounge features traditional decor with ceiling beams and a wood burner, offering views of the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher. A dining table provides a space to enjoy meals, while a storage cupboard and additional WC are also located on the ground floor.
