The cottage is attractively furnished with finishing touches from the local pottery/gallery "Made in Cley". The open-plan ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen, a bright kitchen/dining area with double doors opening into a private courtyard, and a cozy sitting room with a wood-burning stove. The first floor offers a large bedroom with lovely views over the church and valley, a comfy king-size bed, and an en-suite shower room.
Located between the coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley-next-the-Sea, Wiveton is a great base for enjoying the wildlife, birdlife, and walking opportunities of the glaven valley. The area is also a registered "Dark Skies" site, perfect for star-gazing. The owners live next door and can provide tips on local activities and attractions.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property, and logs are provided for the wood-burning stove. The cottage is not suitable for infants or children. Guests can enjoy a west-facing courtyard with terrace and lawn area, as well as off-road parking for one car. Overall, Fo’c'sle offers a peaceful and cozy retreat for couples looking to explore the beauty of North Norfolk.
